    1. Hi Scott,

Apologies for the late reply! We’ve been compiling information for the website and I’m just getting on top of the hundreds of comments.

I certainly know some breeders and would be happy to put you in touch with the appropriate people. Send me an E-Mail: exchangesteward@pwsa.org.au. We can go from there.

      Thanks,

  2. Hi there,
We are feather lovers by heart and after some pheasant feathers for our arts & crafts. They are so beautiful and we would like to source them locally and cruelty free.

We got told that Pheasants moult once a year in summer but loose feathers throughout the whole year. Now we were wondering if anyone of you is collecting them or knows someone or has any hints where to get them from.

We are especially after Lady Amherst (small, round, green feathers with black edge and the blue feathers) but all kind of stunning feathers are welcome.
Of course we are happy to arrange a compensation for your effort!
    Your help is much appreciated!

    Thanks a lot,
    Jenny and Simon

    1. Hi Jenny,

I’m so sorry for the late reply! We’ve only just begun to compile all of the appropriate information for the website, so I’m behind in responding to the comments.

Please send me an E-Mail with your details: exchangesteward@pwsa.org.au. Would be happy to bring this to a meeting and see how we can help each other!

      Kind Regards,

  3. Hello,

I am interested in finding out some more information about your club. My area of interest is geese. I started with farmyard geese, but I would like to expand into pure breeds in the future.

Does your club have meetings? If so, where and how frequently? And does the club do other activities?

    Many thanks,
    Catherine

    1. Hi Catherine,

I’m so sorry for the late reply. We’ve only just begun to compile the appropriate information together, and I’m just getting around to the hundreds of comments we’ve had.

We absolutely love Geese, and have plenty of fantastic breeders amongst our ranks. Would be great to chat about it more; and most certainly we hold regular meetings bi-monthly. In fact we have an AGM coming up.

Send me an E-Mail: exchangesteward@pwsa.org.au. We can chat about it more there!

      Many Thanks,
