There is nothing more majestic on the water than the Swans. These are the largest of the Waterfowl, and in fact some of the largest flying birds on Earth.

The few members of the Cygnus genus, these birds are widespread, with most continents having their own Swan species. In Australia we have the wonderfully unique Black Swan, however probably the most infamous of these birds is the incredible Mute Swan. 

Thankfully both of these birds are available, and kept, in Australian Aviculture!
